Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy:

This return policy is effective January 1, 2024, and will remain in effect until further revised. 

Due to the items being imprinted/customized for TSI, our return policy is designed to cover damaged/defective items and/or overages/shortages.

Upon receiving your merchandise, please inspect it for any defects.  If you identify any defects, please notify your immediate TSI supervisor.  Our TSI leadership team will contact the supplier to get any defects rectified.  

Damage and Shortage:

Damaged packaging/shortage claims must be communicated to our TSI supplier within 24 hours of receipt of goods. All damaged packaging claims must be communicated to your immediate supervisor as soon as possible for each campus. Provide all relevant details and evidence, such as photographs, to the TSI supplier for efficient claim processing. The TSI supplier will handle all communications and claims with the carrier regarding these issues.

Time Frame for Returns:

All defective returns must be communicated to your immediate supervisor within five (5) business days of original delivery date. This is necessary for our team to communicate to our supplier as soon as possible.

Any returns outside 5 business days are ineligible for return and will be automatically rejected.

Returnable Condition:

  • All returns must have been purchased from TSI Swag and returns must be in new and unused condition – both the part and packaging.

Return Process:

  • Our suppliers at TSI Swag will respond to damaged/defective and/or overages/shortages within five business days.
  • Replacements for damaged/defective and/or shortages will be replaced as soon as the supplier can correct the issue and have the new product customized with our TSI logo. Please note that this could be delayed based on inventory levels with suppliers as well.
